Vicky Pattison defended by fans after trolling for 'setting up' holiday snaps
Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has been defended by her fans after she was cruelly shamed by trolls for her recent holiday snaps from Paris.
The former reality TV star was accused of 'setting up' holiday snaps whilst she enjoyed some quality time away in the French capital with Ercan Ramadan. Photos that Vicky shared appeared to have been taken by a professional camera crew , prompting some trolls to jump in and cruelly shame Vicky for taking the 'set up' snaps.
Yet Vicky's fans have leapt to the star's defence and hyped up the star as they heap on praise for her stylish outfits and looking chic as she wanders the streets of Paris with her fiancé.
Whilst Vicky appeared to have deleted some of the vile comments from trolls, the positive comments from fans remain. One wrote, "Looking STUN!!!" while another added, "F**k those people.. You enjoy yourself.. xx." A third said: "Fabulous as always darling. Please don’t explain yourself. Some people are just t****s ! Xx."
Another shared: "Ignore the haters jealousy is a nasty emotion and that's what it is good for you both you work hard enough for everything you do and have much love."
Geordie Shore's Holly Hagan shows off ripped abs despite being 5 months pregnantVicky then addressed the reason why she had more professional looking pictures taken in a post. She wrote: "Paris baby… Outfit linked on my story. And just for some clarity… we were out here shooting our wedding Save The Dates.. that's why there's loads of lovely pics and vids- and not just the usual blurry selfies infront of the Eiffel Tower.
"Didn't think I'd have to explain myself for posting cute content on a social media platform but here we are. Some people can just be so nasty…"
Responding to trolls on her stunning Paris pics isn't the first time Vicky has had to deal with trolls. Earlier this month she hit back at comments about her recent health diagnosis where she revealed she suffers from PMDD. Vicky opened up to her fans via social media last week to reveal she had been diagnosed with the condition - which can cause painful side effects caused by her period. Taking to TikTok, Vicky hit back at her haters and demanded other women do more to support her and others that have the condition.
Vicky previously explained that she was relieved to be diagnosed with the condition - after spending years battling the side effects of periods. She said in an Instagram post last month: “I have struggled with my periods my whole adult life, but over the last 5 years or so my PMS symptoms have been completely out of control.
“It has affected my relationships, my work and my quality of life. At times, it made me feel like I was going insane. I just do not recognise myself for two weeks of the month and ever so gradually that time frame is becoming longer.”
She explained her relief following her diagnosis, Vicky added: “I cried because I felt f***ing heard in a medical setting for the first time in years and also I cried because hopefully now I can start trying to manage this rather than just ‘get on with it’ like I feel like women are expected to. For the first time in ages.. I feel more positive.”
