An expert has said that they "doubt Joe Jonas will defend Sophie Turner" amid the couple's sudden divorce, with them touching upon the former Disney star's "well-orchestrated" leak.
All eyes have been on Joe and Sophie after it emerged that the Disney heartthrob had filed for divorce from his wife of four years. The couple, who wed in 2019 and share two children, are said to have experienced "serious problems" for months.
In the statement, which was shared on both of their Instagram accounts earlier this week, Joe and Sophie confirmed the news that they had split, with them penning: "After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."

They have very different lifestyles." And now it has been claimed by fans who have turned on Joe that he has orchestrated a "smear campaign" against his wife, with many fans expressing their views and opinions on how he could have quietly filed for divorce without painting her in a bad light.

Speaking to us, Sam said: "No matter how ‘amicable’ a divorce is – or claims to be – one person generally always wants to come out looking better than the other. The leaked news of the pending divorce was almost definitely well-orchestrated by the PR machine behind Joe – the Jonas brothers have been in the media for a long time and know how things work."

She continued to add that it may be true that Sophie is young and wants to enjoy some of the youth she has so far missed out on due to work commitments and falling pregnant, "but do we really believe that Joe is someone that likes to stay home and never go out?". Sam then added: "You can be a great parent that loves to spend time with your kids, but also have a social life."

The couple have always been quite private about their lives, but as more rumours and leaks continue that focus only on Sophie and her lifestyle choices, will she stay tight-lipped?
