Adam Sandler baffles fans as he's seen playing basketball at UK leisure centre
Adam Sandler has left fans baffled after swapping Los Angeles for the UK, playing a game of basketball at a local leisure centre.
The Hollywood star, only recently named the industry's best-paid actor, was seen keeping a low profile at the Kensington Leisure Centre in west London earlier this week. Dressed in his signature style, the multimillionaire film fan-favourite cut a casual figure in a pair of baggy grey joggers and an oversized floral shirt.
He was seen wearing the same out-there outfit during a shopping trip with his wife Jackie in LA on Monday. It's a well-known fact that Adam loves shooting some hoops at nearby courts when he's traveling around the world, and at home in the US.

Footage of his random antics has gone viral on TikTok and on Instagram after one player captured the celeb practising his shot. Sporting a pair of red Nike trainers, Adam is spotted in amongst the action, in the middle of a game alongside what appears to be one boy hitting the court after school, playing against the actor in his uniform.

Model and TikToker Cacherel appeared stunned as he filmed Adam, saying: "I'm in the ends yeah, west London. I pulled up to my local basketball court and look. Bro, that's Adam Sandler, look bro, you lot think I'm messing."
Attempting to prove what he was really seeing, Cacherel confirmed he was really in London with his British accent, he added: "I'm not playing, Kensington Leisure Centre." Fans were sure it was in the UK too, with one saying the green net was a dead giveaway.
One user commented: "Rich enough to catch a flight to just play basketball with some British kids, humble enough to do it dressed like someone’s granddad." While another said: "Adam Sandler’s actually a serious baller. do your research.

Adam was spotted wearing the same shirt on Monday (BACKGRID)They added: "He pulls up to local courts all the time." Someone else said: "He does this all the time in New York he’s like a regular." Another concluded: "Lmaoooo. You said Adam Sandler and I was like okay. Then it really was him."
The video has since racked up almost 2million views on TikTok and is now going viral again on Instagram. It's not yet known what Adam is doing in London, but some think his shirt suggests he might be on a family holiday in the UK capital.
His trip comes after he was named Hollywood's best-paid actor this week, according to Forbes magazine. Sandler's success on Netflix, appearing in and producing three films for the streamer in 2023, contributed to his $73m (£57m) earnings, Forbes said.
His eye-watering earnings put him above Barbie star Margot Robbie, who is the youngest person in the top 10 by a decade at age 33. It was apparently his film with Jennifer Aniston, Murder Mystery 2, that sealed the deal for Sandler.
