Bargain Hunt expert Natasha Raskin Sharp gives birth after hidden pregnancy

Bargain Hunt and Antiques Road Trip star Natasha Raskin Sharp has announced the birth of her baby.

The news came as a surprise as she'd kept her pregnancy under wraps but fans instantly rushed to congratulate Natasha and her husband. She's married to Joe Sharp, a producer on Celebrity Antiques Road Trip. They met back in 2013, before going on to marry one another four years later, and now live together in Glasgow.

The TV favourite shared the joyous news on social media, saying: "What a way to start the year - the last few days have been nothing short of immense. I'll be handing over my Thursday night @bbcradioscot duties to the excellent @ravisagoogram for a short spell - thanks, Ravi. Catch him from 10pm on @bbcsounds.

Fans had been suspecting that Natasha was expecting her first child after noticing in recent snaps that she had cleverly hidden her bump in pictures that were taken from the waist up.

The 37-year-old star is well known for presenting shows such as The One Show, BBC Radio Scotland, Flog It!, Baggage Battles and often features on Bargain Hunt. She also happens to be the daughter of respected Scottish artist Philip Raskin, who specialises in seascapes and landscapes - so it's clear creativity runs in the family.

Her dad has had a significant impact on her career. She once shared, "I was gently nudged in the direction of the antiques trade and auction houses by my dad, who thought that I'd be well-suited to the environment. Although I'd never normally admit it, he was absolutely right!"
