Doctor details 'several issues' with Danniella Westbrook's 'extreme' surgery

Danniella Westbrook had a busy few months undergoing several body transformations, including her eighth boob job and a botched face surgery earlier this year.

The former EastEnders star, 49, recently flew to Turkey for a breast enhancement, with the Mirror exclusively revealing Danniella had flown to get her boobs done "four sizes bigger" to achieve a 34DD. Doctors advised her against the procedure but she "literally begged him to do it" after saying she "didn’t care" and wanted her breasts to look like "huge footballs".

A few months prior, she underwent surgery on her face in hopes of correcting her nose following a past struggle with addiction issues. However, the actress said the " nightmare" experience left her wanting to die. And now, leading specialist consultation plastic surgeon Dr Riccardo Frati weighed in on her 'extreme' body transformation and revealed the 'several issues' that come with her multiple boob jobs.

Dr Frati told the Mirror that getting her boobs done 'four sizes bigger' could lead to "several problems such as back pain, rippling/sagging skin around the breasts requiring further surgery." He explained: "Most of the time this sort of procedure is not reversible and going back to a smaller size often involves an uplift, causing additional scarring.

"Undergoing further surgery with extra-large implants must be done judiciously. The patient must have an understanding of all the possible implications involved beforehand - this requires expert advice from a specialised plastic surgeon. There are several issues that could be involved that must be taken into account when undergoing this sort of extreme transformation."

He continued: "Some surgeons opt to use a thread lift to improve the skin tone, which can be controversial and can cause some complications. This option needs to be carefully discussed with the surgeon who needs to make an adequate assessment of the areas to be treated and also manage the patient expectations."

Danniella was most recently pictured with heavy bandages around her head and neck after a wound from a previous surgery had opened up with Danniella instantly wanting to have it checked out by medical staff. She was also pictured having the bandage wrapped around her head by staff.

In April, Danniella flew to Turkey for facial surgery but it ended up being a horrifying botched job as she claimed the surgeon slapped her while she was being operated on and an assistant allegedly took her phone when she complained. Speaking about the nightmare surgery, she previously explained: "If I don’t have it done, the palate in the back of my mouth will collapse and I’ll suffocate to death. When I went to Turkey, I could have died. I could have died if someone had just botched it any further. I’m not the youngest person in the world and I haven’t been the wellest."

Danniella originally planned on paying a UK surgeon £500,000 to get her face back to look how it used to and didn't care how much it would have cost her. However, she revealed she was persuaded by a friend to fly to Turkey to undergo surgery and said it was her "own fault".
