Meghan Markle dropped major hint about future husband years before meeting Harry
It's been five years since Meghan Markle married Prince Harry in their fairytale wedding at Windsor Castle.
The couple met two years earlier after Harry spotted his now-wife on a friend's Instagram account and they were set up on a series of dates. Since then, they've married, become parents to two children, quit as working royals and moved to the United States.
But could it be that Meghan actually hinted about a characteristic of her future husband two years before she met Harry in a cheeky post she made on her former lifestyle blog The Tig? The post, which was made in 2014, saw Meghan share a recipe for her favourite cocktail called The Tig Cup.

She wrote: "While I generally opt to whet my whistle with a glass of rosé or crisp Sauvignon Blanc, sometimes the day calls for a cocktail. Cue The TIG Cup. Having a love of all things Brit, I wanted to do a twist on their signature Pimm's Cup."
Meghan then went on to share her recipe for the cocktail, which includes gin, soda, mint, cucumber, grapefruit and even celery. She added: "This is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser and a nod to the fresh-picked flavours of the season. Cheers!"

And it could have been that Harry and Meghan shared one of these cocktails yesterday as Meghan celebrated her 42nd birthday. Ahead of the big day, she and Harry were seen on a special date night at a trendy restaurant near their home.
The couple, who have been plagued by cruel split rumours, put on a united front at restaurant Tre Lune. They were seen leaving the Italian eatery, which is a favourite with celebrities, after having dinner with friends.
It is the first time they have been seen together out and about in public since speculation began to swirl about their next moves and the possibility of tension behind the scenes. However, Meghan was all smiles as she was seen leaving the restaurant earlier this week in a striking strapless black and white striped dress, which she paired with casual sandals.
Harry also opted for a low-key look in a blue shirt and light-coloured chinos in pictures of the couple, which have been obtained by MailOnline. The snaps show them leaving the eatery, which is said to be a favourite of the likes of Ellen DeGeneres, and heading to their car.
It is the couple's second appearance together in days after a video was released on Wednesday showing them calling young innovators and campaigners to congratulate them on being awarded a share of a multimillion-dollar prize to boost their efforts. Harry and Meghan rang some of the 26 recipients who will receive the financial award from the Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund – and joked that their children were "incredibly grateful".
