Gabby Allen has spoken about "over-saturated" Love Island market ahead of the live final as she issued a stark warning to tonight's finalists.

The Liverpudlian beauty appeared on series three of the ITV dating show, entering on day seven before eventually finishing in fourth place. But while many go on the show for fame and fortune, Gabby explained that she hoped to build her fitness career following her stint on the programme.

Speaking ahead of the 2023 final, the 31-year-old said she was "grateful" to have her successful career to hand should she have needed it but was beyond grateful to the show for giving her a huge platform.

She said: "Where I'm at now, I feel more settled in what I'm doing – I think when you first come off the show, the first couple of years I did so much, it's all a bit of a blur. It was a lot of stuff I wouldn't have normally done, a load of fashion stuff – don't get me wrong, I love dressing up.

"Now that I'm really settled into my fitness career, that is definitely where I'm most comfortable, I released my app almost a year ago now, it's been something I know I can expand and believe in and that's comforting."

Speaking to the Mirror after her Seventy Hyal treatment, the star added: "I think that's one thing from going on the show, I'm so glad that I had something that I did before that I could use as my niche to use my platform and elevate it. If I was to go on there now and I didn't have anything, there are so many Love Islanders these days, every person has been on Love Island, it's so over-saturated.

"It's quite hard to find your place in the industry and still exist six years on, I'm really grateful to be in a position to do that. I did my first fitness retreat in June and that was an accomplishment I've wanted to do forever. I love my job before I went on the show.

"My whole aim was to get more clients and get more money being a personal trainer, I've done that but then some, I'm really proud of myself."

Discussing her treatment, she said: "I'd been a big fan of skin-boosting for quite a while, I feel like over the last couple of years, I've tried to start looking after my skin. I only recently heard about Seventy and I'd heard great things, I thought 'Yes, I need to try this!' – the results are there from my research."

But despite finding fame on a reality show, Gabby says she feels no pressure to look a certain way while being associated with Love Island.
