We now the entire Xbox Game Pass May 2023 lineup thanks to an announcement from Xbox. Despite some disappointing AAA's indies are holding down the fort for this months lineup

Microsoft has officially revealed the full the Xbox Game Pass May 2023 lineup, after announcing the first half earlier this month, with the second half being announced a couple of weeks later. Xbox Game Pass subscribers had a rough time at the start of the month with the launch of Redfall – Xbox's big AAA entry for the first half of the year which released with a litany of problems – but a solid bunch of indie titles are picking up the slack this month.

The lovely looking indie title, Planet of Lana, which is the debut title from Swedish studio Wishfully has now launched onto game pass as a day one title.. Planet of Lana is a puzzle platformer reminiscent of adventure titles such as A Boy and His Blob and Another World and has a vibrant art style to boot. Meanwhile, for those of you who live in the UK and want to experience what a functioning rail system feels like there's Railway Empire 2 which allows you to create the rail system of your dreams and launches as a day one Xbox Game Pass title on Thursday, May 25.

Also arriving on May 25 is Cassette Beasts, which launched on PC last month and garnered a positive reception from players, now console players have their own chance to check it out when it launches.
