Tottenham striker Harry Kane has built an extensive property portfolio during his career - believed to be worth a whopping £13.1million.

The England captain, 29, is best known for his success on the pitch - scoring a record 267th goal for Tottenham in their 1-0 win against Manchester City last Sunday. He is also England's joint-leading scorer with 53 goals - sharing that record with Wayne Rooney.

Yet Kane, who is a transfer target for Manchester United, has also been hard at work off the pitch. The prolific forward has established his own company - called 'Edward James Investments' - that he runs with his parents and brother Charlie, who is also his agent.

"Harry is as astute with his money as he is with his finishing," a source told The Sun. "Lots of footballers make investments in property, with mixed results, but Harry clearly knows what he’s doing."

Kane is believed to earn around £200,000-a-week at Tottenham and appears to have spent that money wisely by building a property empire. Footballers often invest their cash into property, although that does not always guarantee successful results.

It is claimed Kane does not actually live in one of his properties. He reportedly rents a £1m-per-year mansion with his wife Katie and their children - Ivy, Vivienne and Louis. The luxurious property has a spa, cinema room and staff quarters.

As reported by City AM, Kane invested an 'undisclosed sum of cash' in a low-calorie doughnut company last November. Urban Legend has secured £10million in investment during its first year of trading and their products contain 50 per cent less fat on average.

Kane said he was excited to join the Urban Legend team and their "ambitious growth plan". He also insisted the company "connects with my keen interest to encourage others to look after their health and for retailers to have healthier options more widely available".

In terms of football, Kane must make the one of the biggest decisions of his career over the coming months - to stay at Tottenham or leave. He has just 17 months left on his existing deal and, at 29, his next contract is likely to be his last long-term deal.

Kane has achieved plenty of individual accolades during his career. The 2015 PFA Young Player of the Year has won three Premier League Golden Boots and the 2018 World Cup Golden Boot. He is also a seven-time Premier League Player of the Month.

Yet Kane has never won a major honour. He was part of the Tottenham squad that reached the Champions League final in 2019 and the Carabao Cup finals in 2015 and 2021. He also helped Spurs finish second in the Premier League under Mauricio Pochettino in 2017.

Kane is not guaranteed to win a trophy at Tottenham, as they have not lifted silverware since 2008. Man Utd manager Erik ten Hag is believed to be seriously interested in signing the forward in the summer, with German giants Bayern Munich also keen.
