A mum-of-three accused of strangling her three kids to death suffered neck cuts on the night of her attempted murder-suicide - a chilling 911 call has revealed.

The emergency dispatch call has revealed Lindsay Clancy, 32, from Massachusetts, US, had neck injuries after jumping from the top floor of her Massachusetts home on January 24.

During the call operators are heard discussing the impact of the mum's injuries after she jumped 20ft off a building.

The recording says: “A female party jumped off the top floor of the house. Impact injury, neck lacerations — she’s conscious at this time… It was over a 20ft fall.”

The dispatcher did not know where the knife was or "whatever she used to slit” herself and referred to the emergency call as a “suicidal situation”.

Additional ambulances are requested to the scene after they said "two paediatrics” were in cardiac arrest.

A person later told the dispatcher there were four patients at the house in seek of urgent treatment.

Clancy’s husband, Patrick, found his wife laying outside their home after he returned from picking up a take-out order on January 24.

Mrs Clancy, who remains in hospital, was charged with murdering their daughter Cora, 5 and sons, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan in an alleged murder-suicide.

Authorities are investigating whether the mum was suffering from postpartum psychosis as she shared her struggles with anxiety on social media.

Kevin Reddington, her lawyer, says she was taking 12 prescription drugs that were “turning her into a zombie” when she allegedly killed her kids and tried to take her own life.

Her husband Patrick Clancy has revealed he forgives his wife following the tragic incident which saw him lose his children.

He wrote in a post online: "I want to ask all of you that you find it deep within yourselves to forgive Lindsay, as I have.

"The real Lindsay was generously loving and caring towards everyone — me, our kids, family, friends, and her patients.

"The very fibres of her soul are loving. All I wish for her now is that she can somehow find peace."
