'I have the world's biggest cheeks - haters say only liars would call me pretty'

Having the "world's biggest cheeks" gets this woman cruelly trolled online - but she is proud of the way she looks.

Anastasiia Pokreshchuk, 36, has forked out thousands on filler and surgeries over the years to achieve the signature look that has seen her become a viral sensation. The model, from Kyiv, Ukraine, has gained a huge following on Instagram for sharing her dramatic transformation, which has seen her alter the shape of her cheeks and jawline, as well as have lip filler and even a boob job - all of which she has shared online.

Unfortunately, sharing her dramatic looks online has its ups and downs, as although Anastasiia does have fans who support her, she is also subjected to harsh criticism and cruel comments from trolls.

In a recent post on her Instagram account, @justqueen88, the model hit out at one nasty commenter who had claimed that no one would ever find her attractive. The comment read: "Someone lied to her saying she looks pretty."

Anastasiia - who has since set her Instagram account to private - responded to the comment by stating: "I don't understand this kind of thinking at all. I don't understand how I can think about my appearance based on what others say. I don't care what others say because this is my face and I have to like it, not you. This is my face and my life."

The model went on to insist that the "most important thing" to her is that she is happy with the way she looks, as she wants to "live my life like I want", The Sun reports. She also added: "You will not live my life for me, okay?"

Anastasiia first started having beauty and surgical procedures when she was 26. Aside from her obsession with big cheeks, she also has veneers, and breast implants and has had Botox injected into her forehead. Spending thousands of pounds on fillers alone, the once natural beauty has received mixed responses about her look - having been compared to a Marvel character in the past.

But the model has always been proud of the way she looks. She previously said: "After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them. I understand that they look weird for other people, but I don't mind."

And while some fans may worry she's gone too far with her look, Anastasiia has hinted she could be lined up for even more surgery in the future. In a post last year showcasing her post-op results, the model thanked her plastic surgeon, writing: "All the beauty that you see is all @plastikaistanbul_ But I want a little more."
