There's a lot of pressure when it comes to choosing a perfect name for your newborn baby. Someone is always going to have an opinion, whether it's family, friends or complete strangers.

Some parents like to go for more traditional and common names, while others like to go down the unusual route.

One couple have taken it to a whole new level when it came to naming their newborn – and people are baffled by the bizarre spelling.

One mum decided to share a picture of her newborn baby online, sharing their newborn baby's name – Pheart. And it sounds a lot like something else.

After the snap was shared online, it was quickly posted to a popular Reddit forum, with the caption: "Little baby fart, such a mischief maker!," in response to the baby grow the newborn is wearing, which says 'Mischief maker'.

People in the comment section were horrified by the bizarre spelling of the name, with one person saying: "I genuinely cannot figure out how this came to pass."

Another said: "That is so cruel. So cruel."

A third said: "I refuse to accept this is the baby's name. What's PR? Is it the company that took the photo? Phe Art? Come on, this cannot be the kid’s name. Surely? F*****g FART?"

In the picture, it also says PR, which are the initials of the mum and dad.

"I audibly laughed. Id be unable to call this baby fart without dying laughing. Think of teachers, nurses etc," commented another.

One forum user said: "Ok this made me like belly laugh. How!!!!!!"

Another added: "Omg I feel so bad cos I know this is a real little human who's going to have to grow up with this name, but this post honestly made me howl."

However, some people suggested that the name probably has a different pronunciation.

One person suggested: "It's pronounced Heart. The p is silent," while another guessed: "Maybe it's pronounced 'furt' or 'fay-art' or even like 'fair-t'... horrible spelling for any of those pronunciations."
