Plenty of us have taken dozens of selfies or photos for friends, but we sometimes overlook some of the minor details that can ruin a picture.

However, some of the snaps we take aren't always to impress others, but rather to capture some of our wild moments. One woman wanted her crazy night out to be remembered as she shared a slew of drunken selfies with her close pals in one of her group chats. Olivia Nunn dressed in an oversized hoodie looked dazed while staring at her phone camera. While the hungover teenager failed to notice something else posing in the photo - her surprised friends were quick to inform her that she wasn't alone.

The hood that Olivia had retreated into as a safe space when she was feeling a little delicate was being shared by a nightmare-inducing spider. Olivia's friends managed to see the hilarious side to the situation, with one of her mates sharing the experiences with her followers online.

Including the photo showing the huge creepy crawly hiding just inches from Olivia's eye, Grace wrote: "Nearly 24 hours later I still cannot get over Olivia sending a hungover selfie in the group chat and there's a spider just chilling in her hood."

Social media users were quick to react, with some people saying they would have been left embarrassed if the incident had happened to them. One person replied with: "My soul would have left my f***ing body omfg."

A second person quipped: "Would set myself on fire." A third wrote: "It's the fact it's got her trapped in there like Ryan Reynolds in Buried. Nowhere to run." A fourth person chimed in: "Can't take the hood down, can't move, can't blink, nothing."

A man shared his own similar experience, replying with a picture of a spider crawling out of the collar of his jumper during a photo shoot with the message: "I've been there, trust me."

Luckily, among all the hysteria, one person was able to keep their cool - Olivia. Replying to a friend who asked 'how are you after this trauma Liv?' she simply said: "Feel fine tbh spiders are my friends."
