Jadon Sancho looks set to be the latest Manchester United transfer disaster, with the £73million signing looking to be heading for the exit door this month.
The winger, 23, appears to have no future at Old Trafford following a public falling out with manager Erik ten Hag, which has resulted in his exodus from the first-team. In September, Sancho claimed he'd been made a "scapegoat" and hasn't been seen since, with the likes of Antony, Alejandro Garnacho, Marcus Rashford, and a returning Amad taking up minutes.
Man Utd don't just have problems off the pitch - they also have them on it. The Red Devils are sitting eighth in the Premier League and have won just two of their last six league games - the latest being a 2-1 defeat at Nottingham Forest.
Mirror Football reported on Tuesday that Man Utd could be forced to pay £90,000 of Sancho's wages for the player to leave Old Trafford on a temporary basis this month. West Ham were linked but a return to Borussia Dortmund appears most likely, with Sancho set to be the latest of many transfer disasters under the Glazers' ownership.

Paul Pogba, £89m, 2016
The Frenchman was initially on Man Utd's books in their youth ranks but moved to Italian giants Juventus in 2012 and started making a name for himself in the following seasons. United then re-bought Pogba in 2016 for a whopping £89m but the midfielder struggled for consistency both on the pitch and with his fitness. Pogba left Man Utd last summer on a free transfer and returned to Juve but he now faces an upcoming anti-doping tribunal that could all but end his playing career with a lengthy ban.
Antony, £86m, 2022
Ten Hag brought Lisandro Martinez and winger Antony with him to Old Trafford last summer but only the former has been a valuable addition to the team. Antony is worth less than half of what United forked out for him over a year ago, according to Transfermarkt, and has just eight goals for the Club since joining.

The England central defensive mainstay has been in and out of the Man Utd team since his big-money arrival from Leicester in 2019. After initially starting strong, and winning the captaincy, Maguire has since found himself stripped of the armband and in a rotational role. Maguire was reportedly close to joining West Ham in the 2022 summer transfer window but the deal didn't go through in the end. He was crowned Premier League Player of the Month for November but a calf injury has stunted his progression this term.

Once regarded as one of the country's biggest prospects, Sancho has struggled to make a success of his return to England. Sancho joined Man Utd in 2021 after a star-studded spell in Germany with Dortmund - but he has featured just 82 times while netting just 12 times.
Alexis Sanchez, £35M and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, 2018
Initially, Man Utd's £35m transfer for Sanchez looked a good deal, with midfielder Mkhitaryan heading in the other direction to Arsenal. However, the Chile superstar struggled at Old Trafford despite taking home a handsome £350,000 per week. Sanchez played just 45 times for United, scoring just five times before being shipped out on loan to Inter Milan in 2019. He later joined Inter on a free transfer and also had a brief spell at Marseille before re-joining the San Siro-based Club.
