Whatever shape of body you inhabit, you should be given space to feel confident and free - and that's what one size 18 model is doing by flaunting her curves and cellulite, proving that beauty is not one size fits all.

Isabel Nicholls is known on social media for posting body-positive messages and pictures, as she aims to prove that to be curvy is to be "delicious", referring to herself as a "body posi babe" on Instagram. And in a recent post, she decided to show off her figure in a mirror picture wearing just luxurious brown lingerie, while telling her 381,000 followers that she's "deliciously phat."

Almost 9,000 people rushed to like the picture, and many told her how gorgeous she looked in the matching set, with one calling her a "princess", and more calling her "beautiful", loving how she's helping other women feel more comfortable in their skin, and representing a different body type than the ones usually seen on social media.

The 24-year-old, from Worcester, often posts photos of herself wearing lingerie, with captions like "thicc and THRIVING" and "all dat beauty also comes with all dat belly!"

At the start of 2022, she posted an emotional message to her followers on a photo of her in lingerie, penning: "Posting these photos of my body even 1 year ago would have made me totally freak. my confidence has grown 10 fold in the past year for a number of reasons. my amazing friends, work, self-acceptance, and Instagram are only some of them", to prove that self-love is a journey. She also recommended other accounts that could help people on their "personal body image" journeys, including Lizzo.

Isabel has modelled for major brands like Ann Summers previously, and is on a mission to show that all bodies are beautiful, and that if you're curvy, you shouldn't shy away from the fact.
