Geordie Shore’s Sophie Kasaei denies engagement rumours after fan speculation
Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei was forced to deny engagement rumours after fans noticed her wearing a ring in a recent photo.
The TV personality, 34, has been celebrating her birthday in Paris with Jordan Brook and shared glimpses into her holiday with her 2 million followers on Instagram. On Wednesday, she shared two photos from her celebrations on a rooftop bar that had a view of the Eiffel Tower.
In one photo, Sophie and Jordan shared a kiss as she put her hand on his hip. Fans noticed the huge ring on her finger and rushed to the comment section to question whether she got engaged. One user said: "Is that a ring on your finger, if it's not why not @jordanbrook11 Happy Birthday darling."
"Is that a ring?" another user said while one fan posted: "You get engaged?" along with a shifty eyes emoji. Sophie, who rocked a white sequinned form-fitting dress for her date, had to clarify that she hadn't gotten engaged to Jordan during her romantic Paris holiday.

She soon edited her caption to add: "No I’m not engaged for all the comments I wore the ring on the wrong finger ffs lol trust me if I was I would tell you all . One day but right now it’s not my time" She made sure to post a similar clarification in the comment section for those who didn't see.
"Btw guys I’m not engaged. I wore that on the wrong finger …. One day tho," she said. News of Sophie and Jordan dating came out late last year. The star, who dated producer and record label owner Joel Corry from 2011 to 2017, was said to have started hanging out with Jordan soon after his split from his co-star Ella Rae Wise.
At the time, a source revealed: "Sophie won’t just date anyone but she hit it off with Jordan. They are trying to keep things under wraps, which shows how much they want it to work." Despite her wild ways of the past alongside her fellow Geordie cast members, Sophie has emphasised a desire to settle down soon.
"I’m at the age now I want a baby and I’d love a family," she explained. "Like nothing more than I want right now is to have a family. So this is like why I have a journal. I put all my plans in it. If you look through it you’ve got a five-year plan, what you want, how you're going to achieve it."
