Films and shows coming to Disney+ in November, including Keanu Reeves' F1 doc
Disney+ is launching some exciting original films, shows and documentaries this November. The streaming platform from the House of Mouse has confirmed the release dates for a host of original content to keep you busy as the temperature drops and the nights grow longer.
November’s releases include a new family comedy to get you in the Christmas spirit, a gripping murder-mystery, and an all-new docuseries hosted by Keanu Reeves. All of this – plus thousands of films and shows from the worlds of Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, and more – can be streamed with a subscription to Disney+.
From November 1, a subscription to Disney+ could see members paying an extra £36 a year. That is because the streaming service is refreshing its pricing, meaning existing customers will be automatically upgraded to the platform’s new more expensive Premium plan unless they change their subscription.
This means that, for new subscribers, October is the last chance to sign up and benefit from the current pricing before the increase on November 1. Subscribing to an annual membership to Disney+ by October 31 gives new members 12 months access for less than the cost of eight months on the new Premium plan.

This brand-new comedy film follows tightly wound, game show-obsessed Anne (Awkwafina), who must come together with her chaotic sister Jenny (Sandra Oh) to help cover their mother’s gambling debts. When Anne's beloved dog is kidnapped, the estranged siblings set out on a wild, cross-country trek to get the cash the only way they know how: by turning Anne into a game show champion.
Jason Schwartzman, Tony Hale, Holland Taylor, and Will Ferrell also star in the heartfelt comedy from 13 Reasons Why and The Morning Show director Jessica Yu.
Quiz Lady drops on Friday, November 3.
The Santa Clauses – Season two
Launching in time for Christmas, the new season of The Santa Clauses sees the Calvin family back at the North Pole, as Scott (Tim Allen) continues his role as Santa Claus after his retirement plans were thwarted when he failed to find a worthy successor. Now that Scott and his family have successfully saved Christmas, Scott turns his focus towards training his son Cal (Austin Kane) to eventually take over the family business as Santa Claus.
This spin-off from the beloved film franchise soared into Disney+’s five most-watched original series during the 2022 Christmas season.
The Santa Clauses premieres with a two-episode drop on Wednesday, November 8.
Culprits
Disney's new post-heist thriller, CulpritsThis thrilling crime series kicks off where most crime stories end: after a high-stakes heist, when the crew of elite criminals have gone their separate ways and have tried to leave their old lives behind. Past and present collide when a ruthless assassin starts targeting them one by one.
Why are they being stalked, who is behind the mayhem, and will they be able to find one another in time to protect themselves and the people they love? Culprits stars Misfits and Candyman’s Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, The King’s Man’s Gemma Arterton, Deceit’s Niamh Algar and actor-comedian Eddie Izzard.
All eight episodes of Culprits drop on Wednesday, November 8.
Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures
Set 200 years before Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and during the High Republic era, this animated series follows Jedi younglings as they study the ways of the Force, explore the galaxy, help citizens and creatures in need, and learn the skills needed to become Jedi along the way.

Loki – Season two finale
The new season of Loki marks Marvel Studios’ first-ever second season of a series and sees Tom Hiddleston reprise his role as the titular God of Mischief. The latest instalment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe picks up immediately where season one left off, where Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority.
Along with Mobius (Owen Wilson), Hunter B-15 (Wunmi Mosaku) and newcomer to the series OB (Ke Huy Quan), Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous multiverse in search of Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino), Judge Renslayer (Gugu Mbatha-Raw), Miss Minutes (Tara Strong) and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose.
The Loki season two finale drops on Friday, November 10.
A Murder at the End of the World
Emma Corrin and Clive Owen star in A Murder at the End of the World (Disney+)This brand-new thriller is a murder-mystery series with a new kind of detective at the helm – Gen Z amateur sleuth and tech-savvy hacker Darby Hart (Emma Corrin). Darby and eight other guests are invited by a reclusive billionaire (Clive Owen) to participate in a retreat at a remote and dazzling location.
But when one of the other guests is found dead, Darby must use all of her skills to prove it was murder against a tide of competing interests and before the killer takes another life.
A Murder at the End of the World drops on Tuesday, November 14.
Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story
Hosted and executive produced by The Matrix and John Wick star Keanu Reeves, this new Formula 1 docuseries takes viewers back to 2009 and recalls the remarkable story of how Ross Brawn, competing in the most expensive and technologically advanced racing series on Earth, made the impossible happen. His understaffed, underfinanced, and independent team won the World Championship, taking on the biggest titans of the industry – all after purchasing the team for just £1.
With access to the F1 archives – much of it previously unseen – and through the insights of Ross Brawn and revered Formula 1 legends including Jenson Button, Rubens Barrichello, Nick Fry and Christian Horner, all is revealed in this gripping four-part series.
Brawn: The Impossible Formula 1 Story drops on Wednesday, November 15.
Dashing Through The Snow
In this original family comedy, Eddie Garrick (Chris “Ludacris” Bridges) is a good-hearted man who has turned his back on Christmas due to a traumatic childhood experience. At the request of his wife Allison (Teyonah Parris) – from whom he is separated – Eddie takes his nine-year-old daughter Charlotte (Madison Skye Validum) to work with him on Christmas Eve, where they meet a mysterious man in a red suit named Nick (Lil Rel Howery).
Eddie, who is a social worker, thinks the man is delusional and needs professional help, but when he evokes the wrath of a local politician (Oscar Nuñez), he and his daughter are taken on a magical adventure that just might restore his faith in Christmas.
Dashing Through The Snow drops on Friday, November 17.
Faraway Downs
This new six-part series is an expanded and reimagined version of Baz Luhrmann’s 2008 epic, Australia, recut from more than two million feet of film. Starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman, the story centres on English aristocrat Lady Sarah Ashley (Kidman), who travels halfway across the world to confront her wayward husband and sell a million-acre cattle ranch in the Australian outback.
Following the death of her husband, ruthless cattle baron King Carney (Bryan Brown) plots to take her land, and she reluctantly joins forces with a rough-hewn cattle drover (Jackman) to protect her ranch. The sweeping adventure-romance is explored through the eyes of young Nullah (Brandon Walters), an Indigenous child caught up in the government’s draconian racial policy now referred to as the Stolen Generations.
Faraway Downs drops on Sunday, November 26.
The Artful Dodger
Thomas Brodie-Sangster in The Artful Dodger (Disney+)This new original series is an irreverent follow-up to Charles Dickens’ classic novel Oliver Twist, exploring the adult double life of the titular prince of thieves. Set in 1850s Australia, Jack Dawkins – aka The Artful Dodger – (Thomas Brodie-Sangster), has transferred his fast fingers as a pickpocket to the nimble skilled fingers of a surgeon.
Dodger’s past returns to haunt him with the arrival of Fagin (David Thewlis), luring him back into a world of crime. A greater threat – to Dodger’s heart – is Lady Belle (Maia Mitchell), the Governor’s daughter, determined to become the colony’s first female surgeon.
The Artful Dodger drops on Wednesday, November 29.
