Sophie Turner looked extra happy playing in the park with her daughters as she and her estranged husband Joe Jonas finally reached a custody agreement amid their bitter divorce.

The Games of Thrones star looked in high spirits as she was seen spending quality time with her two daughters three-year-old Willa and one-year-old Delphine in a local park in New York City. In the snaps, the Game of Thrones star was seen happily frolicking with her young children as she now knows she will be sharing joint custody of her kids with her musician husband until January.

In the snaps, the 27-year-old actress looked worry-free as she raced across the crossing happily pushing her young baby girl in her stroller. Sophie looked casual and comfortable for the morning outing as she rocked a lavender-coloured loose fitting sweatsuit paired with blue and grey Nike sneakers. The other of two wore her long blonde locks down in loose waves and showcased her natural beauty with a makeup-free face.

The outing comes as Sophie and Joe finally reached a custody agreement following a longwinded custody battle over their children. Joe filed for divorce from the Dark Phoenix star in September after claiming their marriage was "irretrievably broken" after four years of marriage.

After he filed the paperwork, Sophie requested that Joe return their kids back to London, as that was reportedly their previous plan. Sophie then asked a New York court to order their children back to her physical custody after claiming Joe was refusing to return the children's passports and had them on an "unauthorised" holiday.

But now, after a messy legal battle, the pair have come to the amicable decision to each get two weeks with their children until January, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail. The couple will also be allowed to travel with their daughters anywhere in the US and the UK, meaning that Sophie will now have the chance to return to London. It is also believed that the Jonas Brothers singer will be bringing his kids on tour with him and Sophie will spend Christmas with them in the UK.
