Sophie Turner kept it casual as she stepped out in New York. Wearing a relaxed zipped hoodie and light jeans, the Game of Thrones actress walked with her legal representatives ahead of "four days of intense mediation" on Wednesday.

Her estranged husband Joe Jonas filed for divorce on September 1 in Miami, and now the pair plan to bring together a final agreement, discussing custody of their daughters Delphine, one, and Willa, three, after the break-up.

New pictures show Sophie climbing into a car in Manhattan, with her legal team in tow. She stepped into the waiting vehicle, hiding her face with a pair of chunky Hollywood sunglasses, covering her face with her hand in one photograph.

It comes after reports the couple are locked in a custody battle as they decide where their kids will live after the divorce. Recent custody filings have now revealed their 14-month-old daughter is called Delphine. The youngster was previously known to fans by just her initials, D.J. Sophie and Joe named their first daughter Willa, who was born in July 2020.

In the court documents, which Page Six obtained, Sophie asked a judge to put her divorce from Joe on hold until they decide on a custody agreement for their children. The actress sued Joe last week for allegedly "wrongfully retaining" their children after he took them travelling on a holiday.

She asked the court to return their children to their home in England and accused her estranged husband of refusing to hand over their passports. Sophie then requested the "immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained".

Since then, Joe and Sophie have reportedly agreed to keep their children in New York. It's said the pair have "agreed to the entry of the attached proposed Interim Consent Order, without prejudice to either party's claims and defenses, prohibiting the removal of the parties' children from the jurisdictions... pending further order of this Court".

The document, obtained by the Daily Mail, was filed by Sophie's lawyer "to protect the well-being of the (children) involved" as well as to "prevent the (children's) further removal or concealment before the final disposition of the petition." Now, a draft copy of the order needs to be signed by Judge Katherine Polk Failla. There will be a hearing at the federal court in Manhattan on Tuesday, October 3.
