After Sophie Turner filed a petition to have their children returned to England, a representative for Joe Jonas fired back. They said there is an order preventing either parent from relocating the children and raised a red flag at Sophie's usage of the word "abduction".

In a statement Joe's representative told The Mirror: "The Florida court has already entered an order that restricts both parents from relocating the children. Sophie was served with this order on September 6, 2023, more than two weeks ago."

Florida law requires parents attend the course prior to their hearing or potentially face sanctions.

After filing for dissolution of their marriage, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner were ordered by the court to avoid "disparaging remarks about the other parent or quiz the children as to the other parent's private life".

The court order obtained by The Mirror states: "It is the children's right to be spared from experiencing and witnessing any animosity or ill-feeling, if any should occur, between the parents, and the minor children should be encouraged to maintain love, respect, and affection for both parents."

Additionally, the order states that "the relationship between the parents shall be courteous and respectful as possible, relatively formal, low-key, and public". Joe and Sophie are expect by the court to communicate with their children about the matter in a way that is appropriate for "their age and maturity".

Sophie Turner has been spotted running errands with her daughter in New York City amid her custody battle with estranged husband Joe Jonas.

Cutting a casual figure while running errands, Sophie was spotted with her daughter Willa, three. The duo were also accompanied by an unidentified female friend as they picked up some bits from a CVS store.

Sophie, 27, who is known for starring in Game Of Thrones, looked laid back yet chic in an all-black ensemble that comprised of a black T-shirt, some matching joggers, a pair of white sneakers, and a black baseball cap. She completed the look with some sunglasses, a sweatshirt tied around her waist, complete with a rainbow-coloured designer handbag.

Meanwhile, the blonde beauty's daughter, whom she shares with her estranged husband, was seen carrying a doll. Sophie was all smiles with her three-year-old daughter and pal as they shopped for art supplies at a local CVS pharmacy in Manhattan. The actress was seen shopping for some large drawing paper and other supplies before carrying her purchases in a brown paper bag around the neighbourhood.
