Simon Cowell shows off 3st weight loss after mental health battle confession
Simon Cowell has showed off his three stone weight loss as he was spotted in Malibu this week.
The Britain's Got Talent creator went to the Malibu Chili Cook-Off where he revealed he had been sticking to a exercise routine to achieve his transformation. The 63-year-old went for a casual look as he wore a black t-shirt with white cut-off denim shorts and comfy trainers. He accessorised his look with dark sunglasses as he strolled along the street.
Simon changed his lifestyle after breaking his back in 2020 when he crashed his electric bike near his Malibu home. He has not taken on healthier habits as he now has regular sleeping and exercise routines and has managed to lose more than 20lbs.

Last week Simon opened up about how his mental health suffered during the coronavirus pandemic which led him to go to therapy. The dad-of-one was worried about the prospect of catching COVID-19 and passing it on to his family. He was living and working in Los Angeles when the world went into lockdown.
He told The Mirror: "I've suffered from depression over the years...but that was just something I just thought, 'Well, that's my character trait. I get down,' and it's something you deal with.

"And then I suppose COVID was the real catalyst. In the very, very, very early stages, some friends of mine got really ill and I'm talking about really ill. So, I thought, 'God, if I catch this, maybe the same thing's going to happen to me, Eric and Lauren.''
Simon did go on to catch the virus but didn't experience serious symptoms. He added: "I didn't know what was true or not, I just didn't have a clue other than I was petrified about catching it. Just petrified." He then admitted that he tested himself "1,000 times" during the pandemic.
