A model has proudly flaunted her make-up free and botox-free face - and has urged all her followers to accept ageing. Czech supermodel Paulina Porizkova, 58, rose to fame through the 1980s after landing her first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover in 1984.

At the height of her fame in 1989, when she was the face of Estée Lauder, she was the highest-paid model in the world - and went on to star as a main judge on America's Next Top Model. Paulina has been very vocal about embracing her age - and often shares picture of herself wearing no makeup.

Recently, Paulina took to Instagram to share an inspirational message, admitting that while she has had lasers in the past, she has not used botox or fillers, and doesn't mind showing off her bare face. She wrote: "This is a 58-year-old face without fillers, Botox or surgery in good light with professional gorgeous makeup." "And here's the same face without makeup," she added, referring to a second clip uploaded to her social media platform.

Referring to how she maintains her skin, she explained: "I have had lasers (ultherapy and Morpheus ) and used SPF religiously since my early 20s. I have chosen not to put anything 'into' my face - but even with the fanciest creams and lasers that promise to restore some collagen- I am ageing.

"Some days, I like it. I feel like my face has gained character even as it's lost its youthful prettiness. And it seems a fair trade off. Other days, (and this is mostly only if I do a photoshoot), I have to gulp some self acceptance. I have changed. Fortunately, this change also means being wiser. And bolder. So I keep gulping self acceptance."

Paulina swears by using SPF daily, which stands for sun protection factor, which indicates how well the sunscreen protects the skin against sunburn. When it comes to preventing signs of ageing, experts often recommend an SPF of 50 or higher. The model also admits she's had lasers in the past, for example ultheraphy, which is non-invasive skin tightening, and Morpheus, which aids in the treatment of fine lines and winkles.

In the second clip, Paulina can be seen without make-up, and in the caption she shared her daily routine. She said: "Here's me in nothing but my skin in the morning. My skin care routine- pretty basic and simple. SPF and retinol are the only two products that actually do something to your skin- one protects it from damage and the other, ever-so-slightly, reverses it.

"I must admit, I love skincare. I always try out new things even though I know the best they will do is a slight glow, or a slight plumping- and that's good enough for me."
