This season's tournament is well underway, with Tottenham already out. Ange Postecoglou's side were handed a tough second-round tie at Fulham and couldn't get the better of their Premier League rivals, losing on penalties after a 1-1 draw at Craven Cottage.
The third round is where the Carabao Cup gets interesting, as the eight teams competing in Europe - Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United, Newcastle, Liverpool, Brighton, Aston Villa and West Ham - all enter the tournament.

When is the Carabao Cup third round draw?
The draw for the third round of the Carabao Cup will take place on Wednesday night.

If the game finishes after normal time, the draw should take place between 10pm and 10:15pm. The tie will go straight to penalties in the event of a draw, with no extra-time being played. If that happens, viewers can expect the draw to take place between 10:15pm and 10:30pm.
How can I watch the Carabao Cup third round draw?
The draw will be shown live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football after Wednesday night's game between Doncaster and Everton.

Carabao Cup story so far...
League One Reading caused a stir when they hammered Championship Millwall 4-0 at The Den in the opening round, with Robbie Savage's son Charlie scoring. Sadly for Reading, they lost on penalties to Ipswich in the second round following a 2-2 draw.
League Two Salford are this season's big giant killers, winning on penalties at Championship Preston in the opening round following a 2-2 draw. They then repeated the feat at home to Leeds, another second tier side, on Tuesday night after a 1-1 draw.
Wrexham, who are owned by Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, are out of the Carabao Cup after losing on penalties to League Two rivals Bradford on Tuesday night. The tie finished 1-1 at the Racecourse.
