Holly Willoughby's brand got candid about having orgasm 'stress' and 'anxiety' in a new saucy blog post. The This Morning presenter has a lifestyle brand called Wylde Moon and regularly shares lifestyle advice on her blog.

The 42-year-old star's site used her latest blog post to open up a discussion about being an 'over-thinker' in the bedroom and how anyone who feels that way isn't alone. The wellness brand, which she started two years ago, sells lifestyle products and offers advice about a huge range of topics from relationships to self-care.

"We’re all friends here, so I’m going to get straight to it; do you ever find yourself feeling frustrated, stressed, or anxious because you just can’t seem to reach orgasm?" the blog post read. "Or maybe you can have a wonderful time when you’re on your own, but with a partner, you never quite manage to experience the same feelings? You’re not alone."

The post goes on to discuss how sexual relationships are shown on television as she used Bridgerton's Duke of Hastings (played by Rege-Jean Page) and his relationship with Daphne Bridgerton (played by Phoebe Dynevor) as an example. "All these gasping gals [on TV] don’t do much to reassure people who actually find it quite a challenge to orgasm," the blog post continued.

Holly's brand then went on to take about 'orgasm anxiety' and cited that only 50%. of women reach orgasm during sex as anxiety usually gets in the way.

"It’s that nagging feeling in the back of your mind that tells you that you’re not doing something right or that you’re broken because you can’t reach orgasm like everyone else seems to," the article reads. "It’s the pressure you put on yourself to perform, the fear of disappointing yourself or your partner, and generally being so distracted during sex that you’ll never end up reaching orgasm anyway… and so the cycle continues."

Wylde Moon went on to assure readers that 'there is no such thing as "normal" when it comes to orgasms' as she got Love Honey's sex expert Sarah Mulindwa to provide advice to concerned readers. Holly founded the brand in September 2021 and has been selling jewellery, crystals, diffusers, perfumes as well as a £65 tomato leaf candle.

Just like Goop, which was founded by Gwyneth Paltrow, it provides fans with beauty, fitness and spiritual recommendations. According to the website, 'the pillars of Wylde Moon are about having a true sense of self; igniting your intuition, knowing your self-worth and nourishing your body and soul through music, food, laughter, sex, passion, beautiful things, or all of the above.'
