The woman who went viral after having an atrocious meltdown on a flight from Dallas to Orlando last month has broken her social media silence — and admitted to being a "crazy plane lady."

In a video message obtained by TMZ that's wrought with tears and awkward pauses, Tiffany Gomas, who forced her fellow passengers to deplane on July 2 because of her outburst, said she takes full accountability for her actions, which she deemed "unacceptable."

"Distressed or not, I should have been in control of my emotions," the 38-year-old marketing executive said.

The viral video of her outburst features her cussing at flight attendants and crew members screaming that she wanted off the plane because "that motherf****r s not real" — referring to a crew member in the back of the vessel.

She called the outburst her worst moment.

"I want to apologise to everyone on that plane, especially those who had children on board," she said. "I can't imagine going through that and trying to explain to your kid what in the world just happened."

"We all have our bad moments, some worse than others, and mine happened to be caught on camera for the whole world to see multiple times," she continued.

An awkward pause ensued, after which she said: "Sorry, I try not to sound like Minnie Mouse."

She admitted that the incident was comical and that she "highly enjoyed" the memes that came from the viral videos, but she said the instant fame she attained was "invasive and unkind" and said she wouldn't have gotten through it without support from her "loyal" friends and family.

"No one knows anyone else's story, and no one should judge," she told the Daily Mail. "No one knows what it's like."

She has now launched a rebranding campaign across her social medias, hoping to salvage some fragments of the success she enjoyed for the past several years with her firm, UpperCut Marketing, which serves big-name clients like Xbox and Microsoft.

"I hope that I can use this experience and do a little bit of good in the world, and that is what I intend to do," she said in the video obtained by TMZ. "I hope that you guys can accept my apology and that I can begin to move on with my life."

The video ends with a plug for Gomas' campaign for mental health and to end cyberbullying.
