Beyoncé's fans are concerned after footage appeared to show a crew member putting his hand on her rear during a show.

The viral TikTok video appeared to show the man getting handsy and touching her rear end. In the clip, the megastar can be seen climbing off stage.

But Beyoncé appeared to struggle and required help from the stage hands nearby. First, she handed her microphone to one man wearing a suit. Then, another man in a crew uniform stood by the ladder to help guide her down.

Beyoncé's outfit included pants, but they had cutouts that left skin exposed in the back. When the man reached out a hand to help, he appeared to make a reach for that cut-out region. It wasn't the only time he appeared to touch her there.

Eventually, she was able to turn around and the men both kept her steady. The man who previously seemed to touch her kept his hand on her as she stepped down the ladder. First, he grabbed her hand, but then he moved his hand to cover up her back from the fans at the barricade.

In the video, though, he seems to make contact again. In comparison, the nearby man in a suit took a much more passive approach. He barely touched her. Instead, he kept his hands available to her in case she found herself stumbling or struggling to keep her balance.

A fan can then be heard screaming: "She's mad. Someone's getting fired!"

Once the star was safely on the ground, the camera shows her personal bodyguard, Julius de Boer. He followed the action with a focused, stern look on his face. Beyoncé, the crew and the guard are seen heading backstage.

In the TikTok comments, fans were commenting, specifically, on Julius's response. One wrote: "Julius was like 'don't touch my queen!'"

Fans are expecting the worst for the crew member, thinking his job could be in jeopardy. A commenter said: "They coming for him. As soon as he finish helping he. He gotta start running."
