Jake Paul gives prediction for YouTube rival KSI's fight against Tommy Fury

Jake Paul thinks his former opponent Tommy Fury will knockout YouTube rival KSI in less than five rounds.

Love Island star Fury will fight KSI on October 14 in Manchester as their crossover fight was finally announced this past weekend. Fury will be stepping foot in the ring for the first time since handing Paul his first professional defeat when the pair met in February. KSI faced off with Fury after his knockout win against Joe Fournier in May, which was later overturned to a no-contest because of an illegal elbow.

Paul, who fights UFC legend Nate Diaz this Saturday, has been heavily linked to a fight against KSI for years but the bitter rivals are yet to meet in the ring. Giving a prediction for KSI vs Fury, he told Mirror Fighting: "I think Tommy knocks him out in like less than five rounds. I mean [KSI] is doing these gimmick WWE fights up until now. Tommy is his first real test, but who knows, he might throw an elbow on Tommy, too.”

KSI took three years away from boxing after his two-fight series against Logan Paul but returned to the ring last August to take part in a 'two fights in one night' event. After knocking out rapper Swarmz and professional boxer Luis Pineda, he stopped FaZe Temperrr in January before his latest fight against Joe Fournier.

Fury is unbeaten as a professional boxer whilst all of KSI's fights since last August have been sanctioned as exhibition bouts. The 24-year-old insisted he would return to the professional scene after his fight against Paul, but his dad believes there are still several fights for Fury in crossover boxing after he faces KSI.

"I think he's got this one [with KSI] and there's talks with Logan Paul and the Jake Paul rematch. As soon as they're out the way, if he wants to carry on in conventional boxing that's up to him. Conventional boxing doesn't pay does it? They just don't get the viewing figures that MMA does or crossover boxing does," Fury Sr said.
