UFC star Paddy Pimblett has told Logan Paul that he will happily face him in the UFC, and take his purse after the YouTube star offered to fight for free.

The social media star has boxed three times, but is yet to pick up a win and is eager to show off his wrestling background by moving into MMA under the UFC banner. He has called out Pimblett on multiple occasions despite their massive weight difference, most recently claiming he would compete for charity on the undercard of Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk's touted fight.

Pimblett hasn't fought since December when he scraped past Jared Gordon in a controversial decision win, with a foot injury ruling him out for the majority of this year. However, he is still keen to fight again, and would be happy to earn double the purse for facing the elder Paul brother.

“I’m sure he said he’d fight for free as well?" Pimblett joked during an interview with Sloth Boxx. "I’ll take his wages then. I’ll fight for his wages and my own. Of course, it’s a publicity stunt. But it works well for me because I’m not fighting and people are still talking about me.

"That shows I’m doing everything right. I haven’t fought in over 6-7 months, and people are still talking about me, I’m not even ranked. But I’m still the name on the tip of everyone’s tongue.”

Unfortunately for fans of Paul and Pimblett, the Scouse fighter fears that Musk and Zuckerberg may never actually fight one another. The social media bosses have begun to train for a bout, but there is a massive weight and age discrepancy that will make it very difficult for both men to make the bout official.

Asked if he sees the fight taking place after weeks of back-and-forth across social media, Pimblett replied: “I don’t. I don’t think they’ll end up fighting. If they were to do anything, it’ll be a grappling match but I don’t even think they’d do that, to be honest. Both of them are people that wouldn’t want to lose.”

Zuckerberg, who founded Facebook and also heads up Instagram and Whatsapp as the boss of Meta, was called out last month by Twitter boss Musk. The pair have both publicly accepted, with photos emerging of them training with the likes of Georges St-Pierre, Alex Volkanovski and Israel Adesanya.
