Shania Twain suffers fall mid-performance but deals with tumble flawlessly
Shania Twain seemingly suffered an awkward fall while performing on-stage over the weekend, with the country icon landing on her bottom in front of hundreds of people.
The Canadian singer-songwriter fell to the ground mid performance, but quickly recovered like the professional she is.
Performing at the Credit Union 1 Amphitheater in Tinley Park, Chicago on Saturday night, the 57-year-old country singer didn't let her fall prevent her from putting on a jam-packed, high-energy-filled show for her fans.
Shania is currently on performing her Queen of Me Tour, with her on the road in the US at the moment before flying across the pond for a string of dates in the UK in September.
While performing her hit Don’t Be Stupid in Chicago yesterday, Shania could be seen walking across the stage before plummeting to the ground.

Singing along while falling to the floor, she didn't stop or lose composure once, with her getting back up swiftly and continuing the performance.
An eyewitness told the outlet that Shania looked fine and not injured "at all", with her soldiering through without stopping for a break.
Not only this, but eyewitnesses also said that Shania's fans were not worried by her fall, with them supposedly not reacting when it happened.
Just mere weeks ago back in May, Shania admitted that "there's a first time for everything" after she signed a fan's thigh while on-stage in Canada.
Performing at the Sasktel Centre in Saskatoon, Canada on Friday, May 12, Shania made a permanent mark on one dedicated fan.
The fan's thigh was on full display and in eye-line with Shania, with him then proceeding to hitch up his shorts to flash even more flesh.
In the video she shared on Instagram at the time, Shania could be seen scribbling her autograph above a tattoo that the fan already had, which was of a bed with some boots underneath it.
The fan's tattoo was probably a nod to Shania's 1995 track, Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?, which played in the background of the video she shared.
"There’s a first time for everything," Shania exclaimed in the caption alongside the video clip.
