They’ve just renewed their wedding vows after 11 years of marriage, but now Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy are having couple’s therapy sessions.

Fortunately, it’s for a new podcast because they reckon they are so happy, they have good tips to share.

The couple, who have four children together, tied the knot all over again in the Maldives last month before launching The Therapy Crouch, where they will invite listeners to share candid details about their marriages.

“It’s been therapeutic for us, in a way,” admits model Abbey. “When you’re busy with the kids, having that couple of hours to sit down together and talk about our relationship and what’s on our minds makes us feel great afterwards.”

It hasn’t all been plain sailing for the pair, who briefly split when photos of Abbey taking drugs emerged during the 2006 World Cup.

They reunited, but then striker Peter was accused of cheating on Abbey while she was pregnant in 2010.

But now they are happier than ever, with Abbey telling Hello! magazine: “Every couple has ups and downs… but I feel lucky to still be in love after so many years.”

The couple, parents to Sophia, 11, Liberty, seven, Johnny, four, and Jack, three, wanted to renew their vows after a decade of marriage in 2021 but lockdown delayed their plans.

They will surely let us know all the details when their new podcast launches this month…

Love Island

There is a week-and-a-half to go before Love Island starts again and still so many unanswered questions.

Who is going in? Who will find love? What secrets will the villa have for hopefuls? And how will new host Maya Jama style her hair for launch night?

She asked her fans what look she should go for, assuming they would suggest something like “long, curly, straight, loose or crimpy”. But one suggested to get a mohican.

“Imagine if I came out in a blonde mohawk, doing the slow motion walk,” Maya laughed – before quickly warming to the idea, given the heat.

“When the camera goes on my face I’ll just have a curly fringe – wet.”

A short crop would go nicely with any outfit but so far Maya has only decided on “nothing with armpits”. She’ll have to start packing soon.

Shania Twain

Shania Twain is back – and man, she feels like getting a new catchphrase.

The singer wants to make Giddy Up! her new go-to, with her new single.

“The saying ‘Let’s Go Girls!’ is such a wonderfully uplifting sentiment now,” she says of her quip at the start of Man! I Feel Like A Woman.

“But it’s just something I said during the recording in the studio and I guess that’s the same for Giddy Up!

“These lines come to me when I’m thinking about how to put a little pep in my step. I want to set a celebratory tone and Giddy Up! is a way to call to the audience and say, ‘Let’s get ready for some fun!’”

As horses can attest.
