Phillip Schofield isn't attending Glastonbury this year but that doesn't mean the dad-of-two isn't making an appearance at the festival.

The former This Morning presenter, 61, is the subject of several brutal flags being flown at Worthy Farm this weekend, with the broadcaster's love of vaping mocked on one savage 'tribute'.

As Phil is snapped carrying a plastic carrier bag and looking tired in Cornwall earlier today, his former co-host and BFF Holly Willoughby is busy living up at Glastonbury in a jazzy jacket.

Mum-of-three Holly arrived in style at the iconic festival today, jetting in via helicopter, and has been spotted enjoying herself in a VIP section - joining a lengthy bar queue before giving up and going without.

But while Holly may be keen to put all the This Morning drama behind her for the weekend and switch off, the Dancing On Ice star may be reminded of her workplace drama thanks to flags being flown at the festival.

One of the banners catching everyone's eyes shows a screenshot of a newspaper report about Holly's former co-star, with Phil shown vaping on his beloved Lost Mary vape.

The caption underneath the snap of downcast Phil reads: " Phillip Schofield says he's vaping so much his hands are blistered."

Phil's vaping woes were revealed earlier this month when the presenter gave a series of interviews following his ITV exit.

The broadcaster admitted he was in a "bad way" after sharing the truth after lying to his family, ITV colleagues and his agent for years about what was really going on with a younger ITV runner.

Following his This Morning exit at the end of May, Phil went on to part ways completely with ITV after admitting to an "unwise" but "not illegal" affair with a man he met when he was a teenager.

During an interview with The Sun, the presenter presented a collection of "blisters and calluses" as he admitted: "I’ve been vaping, a lot.

"I didn't realise until suddenly it hurt, but I've been sitting looking up at the sky or out of the window, just staring into space.

"I just sit on the sofa and stare. I realise by doing that, I've blistered both hands."

In an additional interview with the BBC, Phil added: "I would say to everyone, I would say to my family, my friends, my work colleagues, the public, to ITV, to my management company, to everyone that I'd like to, I am desperately, desperately sorry.

"But principally, I would like to apologize to him because it may have been consensual, it may have been fully legal, but I shouldn't have allowed it to happen, and that was a grave grey error on my part. And I know that because of that, an absolutely innocent person is being persecuted."
