Barry Manilow wows fans with youthful appearance days before his 80th birthday
Barry Manilow fans couldn't believe the crooner's youthful appearance as he stepped out in New York ahead of his 80th birthday.
The hitmaker was attending the Tony Awards in the city and looked dapper as he rocked up to the United Palace Theater.
Fans were quick to comment on his amazing look as he celebrates over 50 years in the industry with a number of hit tunes such as Mandy and Copacabana.
He was a dazzling navy blue jacket for the occasion and posed for pictures on the red carpet. He chose a black shirt and black trousers to complete the look.
He was alongside longtime songwriter pal Bruce Sussman, who opted for an all-black outfit.

However, not all comments were as complimentary, with one user saying: "Barry Manilow looks like a wax figure."
Last year, the star insisted the main reason behind his youthful looks was simply down to "blind luck".
Speaking on ITV's This Morning, host Alison Hammond told him he looked "incredible" before asking what his secret was.
Barry then went on to insist his youthful looks were just down to luck. "Just luck! It's just blind luck. I'm very old, let's not talk about it - it's just very depressing," he said.
Alison then added: "You look gorgeous, honestly."
Ahead of his upcoming 80th birthday, Barry insisted he is "just getting started".
Asked about the prospect of retiring after a seven-decade career, the US star told fans he is only just beginning.
Manilow said: “I think of people who are 80... they look older than I do. They’re retired. You know, that ain’t me. I’m just gettin’ started. I’ve always got ‘the next one’."
To date, he has had 24 albums in the UK top 40 as well as 13 platinum and six multi-platinum albums.
