Bill Murray and Kelis 'on the same page for the future' amid romance rumours
Bill Murray and Kelis are on "the same page for the future" as they have reportedly embarked on a whirlwind romance.
The pair are thought to have struck up a relationship, despite having an almost 30-year age-gap, after first meeting in America.
Relationship expert Sarah Louise Ryan has told The Mirror that Bill. 72, and 43-year-old Kelis will have "communicated their wants, needs and desires" before starting their alleged romance.
"Whether Bill and Kelis will last or stay as a fling is really down to the two individuals and their intentions for dating each other.
"If they connect and commit that will be because they have both communicated their wants, needs and desires and because they are on the same page for the future," she said.

She's thought to have struck up a romance with the actor after meeting in the states (Dave Benett/Getty Images for Mul)However, the matchmaker said it is possible Kelis and Bill's relationship will fizzle out.
"If they don’t have the same long term goals and are attracted to each other, without the deeper components for attachment being available to them, it will be a fling," she told us.
Kelis and Bill don't appear to be bothered by their three decade age-gap and Sarah told us there is "no one size fits all" when it comes to love.
"How people connect in a relationship is really individual to them and the relationship itself, there is no one size fits all in connection.

Bill and Kelis aren't the only celebrities to have embarked on an age-gap romance.
Robert De Niro, 79, recently welcomed a child with his 45-year-old girlfriend and Al Pacino is set to become a father again at the age of 83 as it was announced his 29-year-old girlfriend is pregnant.
Sarah said this trend seems to be a result of freedom found later in life.
"Having children later in life in Hollywood may be because they have the means to engage support.
"Financial support creates freedom to live life as one chooses and if having more children is something they desire they are able to hire nannies, drivers, at home child care, home caretakers, chefs and day playcare."
