Phillip Schofield shares relationship with ex-lover now that affair is exposed
Phillip Schofield hasn't been in contact with his much younger lover since news of their affair broke he has revealed.
The former TV presenter recently admitted that he had been isolating himself from the world after he was forced to step down from his job on This Morning and his extra ITV programmes.
Phillip, 61, admits that while his affair was "unwise" it was "not illegal" and slammed claims he groomed the young man, who he met when he was 15.
In a recent interview, he explained their relationship turned sexual five years later following a "consensual moment" in his This Morning dressing room.
But the presenter admits he hasn't been in touch with the man since the story hit the headlines.

"I paid for his lawyers to independently work on his behalf.
"I am deeply sorry and I apologise to him because I should have known better, I should have acted the way I have always acted. I should not have done it. I will die sorry, I am so deeply mortified."
Last week, despite initially denying the allegations of an affair, Phillip issued a statement confirming the news and apologising for lying to ITV, his lawyers, friends, viewers and former management YMU.
In a grovelling statement shared with the Mirror and other outlets, he said: "I did have a consensual on-off relationship with a younger male colleague at This Morning.
"Contrary to speculation, whilst I met the man when he was a teenager and was asked to help him to get into television, it was only after he started to work on the show that it became more than just a friendship. That relationship was unwise, but not illegal. It is now over."
The presenter went on to say: "When I chose to come out I did so entirely for my own wellbeing. Nobody 'forced' me out.
"Neither I nor anyone else, to my knowledge, has ever issued an injunction, super or otherwise, about my relationship with this colleague, he was never moved on or sacked by or because of me.
"In an effort to protect my ex-colleague, I haven't been truthful about the relationship.
"But my recent, unrelated, departure from This Morning fuelled speculation and raised questions which have been impacting him, so for his sake, it is important for me to be honest now.

I am so very, very sorry, as I am for having been unfaithful to my wife."
