Amy Slaton believes she and Tammy Slaton will turn into the "sexy sisters" after her sibling announced she has been approved for life changing weight loss surgery.
The 1000-lb Sisters stars have been documenting their journey on their hit TLC reality show, with Tammy telling her family in tonight's episode that she has qualified for gastric bypass surgery.
In a teaser clip for the upcoming show, Tammy rounds up her loved ones on Facetime to tell them the good news.
"Dr. Smith gave his initials and approved my motherf***ing surgery," she said.
Her brother Chris Slaton said it was the best news he's heard all year, before Amy congratulated her sister: "We told you you're strong enough to do it."

Tammy told her sister she has been accepted for weight loss surgery (TLC)Later in the clip, obtained by E! News, Amy opens up about how proud she is of her sister.
"After her past failures, I really didn't think she could do it. But she proved me wrong," Amy told the camera in a confessional.
"I hope she feels like she's not left behind no more. Because she's probably going to exceed my a** and I'm grateful for it. There ain't no hard feelings on my part if she does.
"We're just gonna go from 1000 pound sisters to sexy sisters, b*****s."

Amy said she's proud of her sister's journey (Instagram)Tammy lost a whopping 13 stone (182lb) to achieve her goal weight, after spending months at a food rehabilitation centre.
She was checked into the facility after struggling with her weight for years, and just last year was rushed to hospital after struggling with her breathing.
Tammy was given a tracheotomy, creating a hole in her throat to insert a breathing tube, and left using the tube for months.
However, after starting food rehabilitation, the tube has been removed and Tammy now uses an oxygen cannula.
In a recent episode, Tammy visited the doctor to see if she had managed to get down to her goal weight which would allow her to qualify for surgery.
In the clip, Tammy said: "I need to get to 550 in order for me to be approved for surgery," as she stepped onto the scales.

The nurse called out: "534.7," a massive drop from the 51 stone (717lb) she started at.
Speaking in a confessional, Tammy said: "I did that! I'm feeling thrilled. Proud. Excited. Just all the emotions. I proved everybody wrong, everybody that doubted me."
