My 3000lb Family star who bathed in trough unrecognisable after epic weight loss
My 3000lb Family star Casey King looks completely different after transforming his life and shedding more than 41 stone (574lb).
The TLC reality star, 38, weighed in at more than 50 stone (700lb) when he first appeared on the show and had been forced to bathe outside in a trough.
He explained: "Because I’m a bigger guy with, like, folds and flaps, I have to move around almost like a pig in a way, wallow, and roll over to get the back of my legs.
"I have to lift up literal pieces of skin. It’s just a seriously difficult process."
At the time, he admitted to spending his days playing video games naked and sadly claimed: "I will just eat till I'm dead".

Casey said he enjoyed playing video games because he was "accepted" in the virtual world.
Casey spent his days playing video games (TLC)"No one sees me. That is my outside. That is my world that I can be the Casey I want to be, but not be judged on my weight," he said.
When Casey appeared on the show, he was unemployed and living with his father, Danny, who had to wait on him hand and foot.
He admitted: "I never would've thought at 34 I'd be living with my father, and I'd have no job, have no real money, and just be playing video games all day and eating."
But now, Casey has completely transformed after undergoing surgery to remove part of his stomach.
He's lost more than 41 stone (_caseyking_ / Instagram)In total, Casey has lost a whopping 41.4 stone (579lb) and has stuck to an intense diet and fitness regime. The star often takes to Instagram to share pictures of his slimmed down figure.
In one snap, Casey looked ready to hit the gym wearing a turquoise hoodie and grey sweatpants.
He changed up his look by growing a beard and moustache, accessorising his look with beaded bracelets.
"He captioned the post: "Its been a ride for sure, I'm glad I'm here to experience it all and have the opportunity to continue making memories with my #friends and #family."

"You are an icon brother, keep it up you look great," another added while a third person said: "Proud of u."
Another fan was in disbelief that Casey was the same person who had appeared on My 3000lb Family.
"Can't believe your the same person as the man on his bed playing video games from the show. Hardly able to get off by himself Well done," they wrote."
Casey has also spoken candidly about his excess skin on social media and said he is focused on losing more weight.
"I keep getting asked about the #skin. People think it's already gone but sadly that's something I haven't had done yet.
"Maybe someday down the road I'll get thay [sic] whole situation figured out but for now I'm just #focused on losing more #weight and keeping it off."
