Billie Faiers cried over 'jealous' son after he felt 'pushed out' by baby
Billie Faiers has admitted she cried over her "jealous" son's actions after he felt "pushed out" by her newborn baby.
The TOWIE star, 33, says her son Arthur "smothered" three month old Margot, leaving her to become "overprotective" of her baby.
Mum-of-three Billie, who wed husband Greg Shephard in 2019, welcomed her newborn in December. The couple are also parents to eight-year-old Nelly and Arthur, six.
Billie revealed her most recent birth was the most "stressful" as she was in labour for three days.
When she took Margot home, Billie says she became very protective of her.
TOWIE's Chloe Brockett makes cheeky dig at Saffron Lempriere during filming“Because I was a bit like, “Oh, careful!” it made him go the opposite way. He was so full on with her. When I look back at it, at the time I was having all the emotions of a newborn and it was probably more me just being overprotective," she told OK! magazine.
"It was his way of trying to show his love and affection, but sometimes it was a bit too much. He’d do things like breathe on her,” she adds, demonstrating a breathy sound.
“I knew one day I’d laugh about it, but at the time it would make me cry. I think he was feeling that bit of jealousy – he’s always been the baby and throughout my pregnancy he became very attached to me and that was the start of it. When I had Margot, he felt pushed out.”
Billie recently divided her fans with a present for eldest daughter Nelly.
She shared a picture of the 10-year-old riding 'Bambi', with a smile a mile wide, sporting a sky blue top and black riding hat.
Billie captioned the photo: "Welcome to the Shepherd family Bambi.
"Today we made our little lady's dream come true. Horse riding has become one of the biggest parts of Nelly's life."
Despite many followers congratulating the star, others weren't convinced.
One said she was "spoiling" her daughter and another quipping: "Today on 'I'm rich, you're poor'".
Billie has also been at the centre of Ferne McCann's voice note scandal.
Love Island breaks record as Molly-Mae Hague became parent to 8th baby from showThe former TOWIE star broke down in tears while speaking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on Wednesday about the voice notes, in which she supposedly made a series of comments about her former best pals Sam and Billie Faiers, allegedly calling Sam a "fat c***".
In other alleged voice notes, Ferne appeared to call mum-of-three Sam a narcissistic b***h', while in another Ferne was accused of hitting out at Billie for giving her son the same name as her jailed ex Arthur.
The anonymous account sharing the alleged voice notes also claimed Ferne made comments about her ex Arthur's acid attack victim Sophie Hall.
