Writing on top of her post, Gemma shared her gratitude for the help amid ongoing ambulance strikes. She said: "Thank you to all the amazing people that helped me this evening," followed by an ambulance emoji and red heart emoji.

The next photo showed an ambulance parked on Gemma's huge driveway as she praised the health workers by writing: "I really hope you get all you deserve," followed by a red heart emoji.
