Woman mortified as Etsy customer spots awkward blunder on wooden wall hanging
It's no secret that product reviews can sometimes be absolutely brutal, but often they can also be the source of a good laugh.
One small business owner had people in stitches after sharing the 'most embarrassing' review her shop has ever received on Etsy.
Posting on TikTok, Charlotte, who runs Bohemian Forest Designs and makes rustic signs, shared a snap of the review, alongside footage of her looking mortified.
She captioned the clip: "At least she still gave me five stars."
The amusing review is for a Mother's Day Mama Bear Wood Slice Wall Hanging that costs £10.

The review reads: "Loved my Mother's Day present, but my daughter was very upset about what we are now affectionately calling 'butt hole bear'.
"It made me laugh, but made her cry.
"Maybe consider tweaking the design so the central knot becomes a nose instead of... well, you know what!"
Charlotte later did decide to take the customer's advice and change her design - though the old one is still available for anyone that wants it.
She added that she messaged the woman and offered her a free replacement as an apology.
The video quickly went viral, being watched over 90,000 times and garnering more than 11,000 likes.
One person commented: "OMG! I love that LOL! I would have gladly kept it and I'm glad the customer was in good spirits."
Another said: "That's a bonus honestly."
A third wrote: "This is hilarious. Awesome work btw. Refreshing to see something different on here."
