1000-lb Sisters fans think Amy Slaton-Halterman has appeared with a notably slimmer post-break up body.

The reality star has had a tough time after a nasty split from ex husband Michael.

But the 35-year-old shared two snaps looking like she's embracing shedding the pounds as she posed outside her house ready to face the day ahead.

Amy opted for a black ruffle dress and paired it with a designer bag and tortoise shell shades.

The TLC star captioned the post: "Beautiful day to smile!!!"

Another snap showed a close up of Amy's face and highlighted her purple hair and make up free fresh complexion.

Viewers of the show were quick to praise Amy for her appearance, with one commenting: "Woah you look way skinnier!"

A third posted: "Someone is getting Skinny."

Another chimed in: "Omg u look amazing.. your honestly such an inspiration and the funniest woman ever .."

The TLC star weighed 406 lbs at the start of Season 1 and has continued to drop the pounds with reportedly lost a massive amount, weighing in at 275 lbs by episode 10 of Season 3.

She has admitted since having her second child - like many new parents - to have found it tougher and hasn’t revealed her weight ever since giving birth.

The mom-of-two, who shares two-year-old son Gabe and eight-month-old Glenn with estranged husband Michael appears to be putting a brave face on her emotions.

The pair, who met in High School, are living apart since Amy left their family home in Kentucky and took her boys with her.

A source told The U.S. Sun that Amy and Michael are on the road to divorce although no papers have been filed yet.

The source said: "Amy says Michael is lazy and has been jealous of her attention toward the kids.

"They've been having trouble since last year."

And any divorce proceeding will come on top of a potential custody battle as the same source hinted Michael does not want the boys appearing on the show, which could throw a curve ball for Amy.

Amy's youngest son Glenn this week hit the eight month milestone with her sharing an adorable snap of the youngster strapped up in a car seat.

Captioning the post she penned: "Happy 8 months baby mama, and gage and everyone love u baby!!!!"

Meanwhile, older sibling and fellow reality star Tammy, 36, was recently spotted smiling and looking healthier while chatting with Amy in Evansville, Indiana.
