Inside hoarder doctor's surgery left to rot with £20,000 piano abandoned

The life of a hoarding doctor has been revealed in new photos taken by an urban explorer.

Dave - of Freaktography.com from Canada - captured some photos of the abandoned doctor's office.

Upon first entry, the back of the house was badly damaged and looked as if it had been kicked in.

Broken glass covered the floor from a destroyed display case and shattered cabinet.

After further investigation, Dave discovered the address was registered as a doctor's office, acting as both a house and a doctor's surgery.

One of the names discovered had graduated from medical school in 1981, before being sanctioned for improper conduct in 1992.

They resigned from their doctor's membership in 1995.

A piano can be seen in one room, a Yamaha C5 Grand Piano, worth a whopping $25,000 (£20,830.75).

Also left behind was an Alpina typewriter worth around $300 (£250).

After having a look around, the explorer decided to restore some of the home to its former glory.

He spent hours cleaning the piano room, allowing the grand piano to shine like it once did.

"The house is located in a normal subdivision, surrounded by beautiful homes with families," he said.

"The majority of the structural damage comes from the roof which you can see in some of the photos.

"At least three holes in the roof are dropping insulation, water, ice, and snow into the house.

"On the left side of the house, the damage is the worst, the hole in the roof has totally collapsed the ceiling and its contents into the master bedroom which then has gone through the floor down to the main floor, which has softened the main floor to the point I'm surprised I didn't drop into the basement.

"I also learned that one of the addresses in the house is a commercial/office building and the unit number is for a doctor's office."
