Tommy Robinson arrested at airport by counter terror police

It wrote: "ADMIN POST - Tommy has been detained again, at an airport by Counter Terrorism Police. They will never stop trying to destroy this man. Why are they so scared?"

It is not known which airport he was apprehended from.

In June, Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was stopped at Heathrow under counter-terrorism laws and had his phones seized.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said at the time a man in his 40s was stopped after returning to the UK from Russia via Turkey.

The statement said: "The man was interviewed by officers and his communication devices were seized. He was subsequently released."

Robinson, 43, then posted a video of him in Moscow meeting Elon Musk’s father, Errol Musk.

Robinson was also cleared of a terror offence in November last year.

The case related to an incident in July 2024, when he refused to give police his phone pin number after being stopped at the Channel Tunnel in Folkestone.

Judge Sam Goozee ruled he could not be certain the stop had been lawful, saying he could not rule out Robinson’s "political beliefs" were the real reason he was targeted.

He criticised officers for keeping poor records of the encounter.

Robinson later thanked Elon Musk for funding his legal defence, saying he would "probably be in jail" without his support.
