Kacey Musgraves somehow managed to avoid any serious injury ahead of her performance at tonight's Grammy Awards after falling over in West Hollywood.

The Slow Burn songstress, 34, lost a high heel when falling to the ground outside Craig's restaurant on Saturday night – tumbling in the street in front of photographers.

She can be seen laughing in new pictures at the country music star picks herself up off the floor at the Hollywood hotspot popular with celebrities.

What appeared to be her security team were spotted picking up her belongings, including a small black clutch bag, after the awkward ordeal last night.

She wore an all-black outfit for the meal out and, after the incident, stumbled back to her car wearing only one shoe – smiling as she recovered.

The Rainbow hitmaker will take to the stage at tonight's 65th Grammy Awards held at the Crypto.com Arena, formerly the Staples Centre, in Los Angeles.

She is set to play a tribute to country music legend Loretta Lynn – who tragically passed away at the age of 90 at her Tennessee home last October.

Taking to Instagram in a recent post, Kacey wrote: "See y’all on the Grammys."

She's been nominated for and won plenty of Grammys in the past, first being nominated for three awards back in 2014 – taking home the gong for Best Country Song.

Kacey later won six more awards in several categories, with her most recent nominations being Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance last year.

Tonight's Grammys is thought to be a good one for chart-topping songstress Beyoncé who's expected to pick up the most awards during the glitzy bash.

She needs to win just four of the nine gongs she is nominated for this evening, and she will become the most decorated Grammy-winning artist of all time.

Beyoncé will tonight see if she has overtaken producer Quincy, who she is currently sharing second place with, both holding 28 Grammy wins under their belts.

She needs to surpass the late orchestral conductor Sir Georg Solti and his impressive 31 wins before he passed away in 1997 to grab herself the top winner spot.

Her nominations on the night are scattered across several categories including Best Song Written For Visual Media for her single Be Alive from the film King Richard.
