Everybody likes to earn a little extra money here and there if they can, but one man has taken it to an extreme level - and some aren't impressed with his tactics.

Sam, who posts on TikTok as @samsjourney, describes himself as a 'young entrepreneur' and is on a journey to make a million pounds by using Amazon FBA, a service online sellers can use where Amazon takes care of storing, packing and shipping of your product you sell. But not everybody agrees with his methods of making money, as some have slammed him, saying he's the reason they "don't shop on Amazon", due to inflated prices.

He often films himself going to supermarkets, clearing the shelves of cheap stock, and boasting about how much profit he'll be able to make, with fans praising him as having "a great business head".

In one video, he showed himself purchasing 88p plastic Sistema containers, which would be perfect for lunches, saying that he'd sell them for £7 - making himself a cool £6.12 profit per container. "I'm gonna get a trolley and take the lot", he admitted.

The video then cuts to the next day where he claims he's "sold the lot" of the ones he'd previously taken, and he'd returned for more to sell them on, sharing that his trolley would be "about £1,000 profit." "For all the Karens, we're going to leave quite a few on the shelf for other customers", he said, and he also picked up some reusable water bottles.

When he wasn't in the supermarket anymore, he shared that he had 340 total units, and it'd cost £16 to ship all the units. "You've got to wait a month for it to all sell", he admitted, but he said: "You have to wait until the end of the month to get paid" if you're going to work.

In the comments, someone fumed: "Genuine question; what about the people who can't afford the Amazon price and rely on discounted goods to support their family?" Another responded: "He left loads, good lad."

A TikTok user asked: "Why would people buy for that price when they could go Tesco themselves?" Others were furious with him, with one referring to him as a "be****d" for rinsing supermarket shelves for profit.

Others were impressed, however, saying: "Respect to you", "Admire what you're doing mate, should've taken all the units", and "You're class mate, keep at it".
