This Morning viewers were left stunned by a very unusual segment on the show, leaving host Martin Lewis unimpressed.

A rumpology expert appeared on Monday's episode of the ITV programme to give a live bum reading. Hosts Josie Gibson and Martin Lewis were left in hysterics as they found out how it works. A board titled the Holes of Destiny hid three people behind to have their bum read.

The expert pulled down each flap of the board to reveal the person's bum. Number one was revealed to be X Factor star Chico, who was stunned the expert correctly guess who he was. The next bum was said to belong to a "perfectionist" and recently had some "really exciting news".

Bum number two was revealed to be Monica Irimia from The Cheeky Girls. The final bum was told she was "outgoing", "classy" and "creative". Lizzie Cundy was correctly guessed and was stunned by the reading of her rear end. "It is better than reading my palm, I would do this more often," she quipped.

However host Martin didn't appear too impressed with the segment as he quipped: "I feel slightly rude to stare. I am struggling to buy into this." He added: "Maybe this will be a hole in my career." After Sam correctly guessed who each bum belonged too, Martin appeared to doubt her skills.

He cheekily said: "I wonder if there was any crossing in the corridors behind the green room before we came in." Viewers agreed with Martin as one said: "This lady was told who each one was and she’s not even trying to hide it lol #ThisMorning." Another asked: "How would Chico even come into your thought process? #thismorning." Someone else commented: "Martin called it! Meeting of the corridors! #ThisMorning."

A fourth wrote: "#thismorning this woman knows all these people ...not fixed at all." As another echoed: "She's seen them in the greenroom or canteen no way you can read people's arses." Other viewers were not impressed with the segment at all. One said: "Holes Of Destiny segment is the most embarrassing feature on a TV programme in 2024 thus far."

Another wrote: "Really ??? holes of Destiny ??? Please don’t ever say anything about equality or women’s empowerment or rights ever again - after having women shove their arses through a cardboard hole. WTAF ??? And you use the word ‘celebrity’ rather loosely." Someone else commented: "Strangest thing you’ll see today," as a viewer said: "No way is someone reading someone’s bum on this morning."

Money expert Martin made a special appearance on Monday's show as he hosted This Morning for the very first time. He first appeared on the show back in 2003, but never hosted. He admitted it was a "bucket list moment" but urged viewers to be kind.
