Newsboy's racing TIPS for Wednesday's three meetings, including Bangor Nap

PITWOOD ROAD is on the right track to win the Camden Stout Mares' Maiden Hurdle (3.50) at Bangor-on-Dee over two miles and half a furlong.

Trained in Carrigtoohill, Co. Cork by Terence O’Brien, the six-year-old appears to enjoy her trips across the Irish Sea, winning a bumper on her last run 15 days ago at Ayr, wearing blinkers for the first time, by an impressive six lengths.

Brian Hughes was in the saddle that day, and he is reunited with the mare once again for her first try over hurdles. Having won a point in Ireland prior to her bumper campaign, she looks the type to take to hurdling and in a confident choice.

On the all-weather at Kempton, MAN ON A MISSION looks the one to be on in the Try Unibet's New Acca Boosts Handicap (8.00) over six furlongs.

The five-year-old scored a course and distance victory in a 11-runner handicap 10 days ago, beating Diamondsinthesand by a length and three-quarters.

While he has a 5lb penalty to carry this time, the Peter Charalambous and James Clutterbuck-trained gelding won with more left in the tank.
