Ant McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong 'in fresh custody battle over their dog Hurley'
Ant McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong are reportedly battling for the custody of their labrador, three years after their multi-million pound divorce was finalised.
The pair initially agreed to share the chocolate labrador, but since Ant has moved on with his new family, Lisa is reportedly demanding full custody.
Lisa was awarded £31 million in the explosive divorce settlement in 2018, but according to reports Ant told lawyers that she "couldn't have the dog".
The couple adopted Hurley in 2013 and in an interview at the time Ant said: "There's a loyalty and love and a companionship with Hurley that you can't describe.
"We still share quite evenly. Hurley's welfare comes first and we both love him very much."

Ant McPartlin, who has since re-married, has two new dogs (ITV)Hurley currently spends half of his time at Ant's £6 million mansion in Wimbledon, and the other half at Lisa's West London home.
Ant's chauffeur is said to drive the pooch between houses so the former couple don't have to see each other, according to the Daily Mail.
The Britain's Got Talent host now lives with his new wife Anne-Marie Corbett, who was previously his personal assistant.

The couple also added two maltipoos called Milo and Bumble to their family.
The fact that he now has two dogs of his own is what is said to have prompted Lisa to request that Hurley lives with her permanently.

A source told the publication: "Lisa has asked to have Hurley but Ant is saying no. He has two more dogs now, a new wife and two stepdaughters, but still he wants joint custody.
"It has led to some difficult conversations between Ant and Lisa. It’s all very sad. Ant has been able to move on, get remarried and get two more dogs. Lisa has been left to pick up the pieces."

He ended their marriage in 2018 and after the split he went to rehab to deal with his addiction issues.
Their divorce was granted after Lisa said that she "finds it intolerable to live with the respondent" after the adultery box was ticked on court documents.
Ant and Anne-Marie went official with their relationship shortly after the split.

A source said at the time: “Ant admitted adultery as his relationship with Anne-Marie began when they were still married – although they were separated at the time."
Lisa, who is head of makeup and hair for Strictly Come Dancing, is now in a relationship with James Green.
The Mirror has approached Ant and Lisa's representatives for comment.
