Kanye West wipes lip 'growth' while heading to date with Bianca Censori

Kanye West's lips have appeared swollen recently

Kanye West was spotted eating on the go before a date with his wife Bianca Censori.

The star was munching on a sandwich, despite heading to a restaurant in Florence, Italy. He wore an all-black outfit, a baggy black sweatshirt and trousers. Bianca and Kanye climbed into a large black vehicle which dropped them off at the restaurant. When Bianca popped out of the car, she was wearing a more reserved outfit than usual.

The former architect donned a long black trench coat, but the skin on her legs was still totally exposed. She also wore a pair of boot-like heeled sandals. Her short hair was slicked back and she added a silver ear cuff.

Kanye drew attention to his puffy lips as he wiped crumbs from his face. Recently, the rapper had $850,000 titanium dentures surgically put into his mouth which are “fixed prosthodontics" and permanent. About a month later, his lips started to appear like they were growing, causing some concern from fans.

Celebrity dentist Dr. Clement Kairouz told Page Six that the growth is the result of the new installment. She said: "Kanye has always had a prominent cupid’s bow and upper tubercle tissue, so I do not think we’re looking at tissue overgrowth. Photos suggest he got a fixed bridge that does not respect natural oral anatomy or leave space for soft tissue."

Fans got a close look of the titanium dentures when Kanye made a video on social media, attempting to defend his more risque decisions. The star has been posting explicit photos of his wife online which has caused a bit of a tizzy. Oftentimes, Bianca is seen wearing practically nothing at all, including on instance where she went naked underneath a sheer rain poncho.

However, what started as public appearances in skimpy clothes turned to social media posts that put everything on display. In one photo, Bianca was seen only in an itty bitty thong and a furry bandeau top. Kanye captioned the post with a declaration that 2024 was the year of "no pants." Another photo showed Bianca wearing a black swimsuit top that did little to nothing to actually cover up her nipples.
