A woman has left people stunned after revealing she's actually decades older than her looks.

With hundreds of different products out there to help with anti-ageing, people can keep a youthful glow for as long as possible, but one woman who doesn't have to worry about looking old is viral fitness coach Nikki Ellis, from Melbourne Australia.

The blonde beauty regularly gets mistaken for someone in their twenties or thirties, despite actually being almost 60 - and leaving people stunned over her real age. All thanks to her long golden locks and athletic figure, she loves looking and feeling younger.

The personal trainer told Australian news site News.au: "I'm getting ready to celebrate my 58th birthday this year. Most people just assume I am in my early thirties. I've even had 29 before. I'm getting ready to celebrate my 58th birthday this year."

Nikki owns her own fitness studio and has always had a passion for working out, which she claimed has helped her keep her impressive figure. Fitness and looking after her body stemmed from a young age as her dad was an athlete and she sadly watched her mum battle a chronic illness which made her even more motivated to look after herself.

She loves to work out and said her favourite is to lift weights in the gym to buildmuscle and will work out four to five days a week. She will also wake up early and teach a spin class which she loves and then walk her dogs in the afternoon to get her 10,000 steps. Although she knows going to a gym can be daunting for older women, she advised people to find somewhere they feel comfortable and look around a few gyms until they find the perfect one.

Nikki also revealed she doesn't have a strict diet to maintain her physique but she will try and eat healthy for every meal. "My workout focus is very muscle-centric. This means I prioritise my weight training over my other exercise modalities. I eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and aim to eat 100g of protein each day. I like to eat whole grains and some healthy fat. My goal is a diet that is going to keep me healthy for as long as possible without feeling at all restrictive, and I want to feel fuelled, satiated and enjoy eating."

When it comes to her secret tips and tricks, Nikki has spilt some of the ways she keeps looking - and feeling - young. She first shared that she doesn't drink alcohol will drink lots of water and wears suncream every day to keep her skin protected while avoiding UV rays.
