A man has declared 'London is finished' after witnessing a fellow commuter openly urinating in a busy Tube station in broad daylight.

TikTok user CharlieVlogs shared his shock and disgust in a video, stating: "London is done. London is finished. That's it. It's done. I can't believe what I have just seen right now." He described the man as 'just p*ssing openly', adding that he 'had his full kn*b out an everything, just whipped out and p*ssing'.

"Why are you p*ssing when there's everyone around? It's literally a Saturday. It's literally the most popular time to be travelling in London on transport," he said. "The guy looked fairly normal as well. As normal as a public p*sser can be... He didn't look like that much of a cretin."

Now Charlie is saying the vulgar sighting may be "the final straw" as he contemplated moving to Wales. His outburst appears to have struck a chord with many frustrated Londoners, too, as viewers commented saying the capital had "gone to the dogs".

One person pointed out that London has a long history of unsavoury public acts. "Let's be real about this. there isn't a single point in London's history where we're people weren't just openly p*ssing and sh*tting," said Billy Brown. Another person chimed in: "Bro... this has been London since the beginning of time."

Someone else suggested it might be a form of protest. "Probably a protest about the lack of public toilets in London," Crystal Cat Lover proposed.

Regardless of whether out of desperation or not, urinating in public places is an offence under the Public Order Act in England and Wales, and anyone caught answering the call of nature could face prosecution or even find themselves on the Sex Offenders Register for indecent exposure.
